Develop engagement opportunities to acquire business across multiple insurance lines -- Property, Project, Liability, Group Health (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Marine, Engineering, and other commercial insurance products.
Build and manage a strong sales funnel to achieve revenue growth, business targets, and profitability.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and participation in industry events or forums.
Design and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote insurance products and expand market presence.
B. Sales Strategy & Presentation
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned goals and increase market penetration.
Conduct detailed insurance presentations, product demos, and proposal pitches to clients, emphasizing coverage benefits and value propositions.
Customize insurance solutions as per client risk profiles, business needs, and industry standards.
Guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance products aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements.
Convert leads into confirmed sales through strong negotiation and consultative selling.
C. Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals, retention, and cross-selling.
Conduct regular client meetings, renewal discussions, and policy servicing follow-ups.
Provide expert advice on policy terms, benefits, and coverage options.
Support clients during claim processes, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on risk management and policy optimization.
D. Policy Processing & Administration
Process new policy applications accurately within defined timelines.
Prepare, review, and negotiate policy renewals to maximize client retention.
Maintain confidential records of proposals, quotations, policy documents, and communications.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and IRDAI regulations.
Submit timely sales and renewal performance reports to management.
E. Market Research & Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and competitor activities in the corporate insurance segment.
Analyze opportunities in new industries, geographies, and client segments.
Share market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence with management to refine strategies.
F. Training, Professional Development & Teamwork
Participate in regular product and sales training sessions to enhance insurance and regulatory knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective business goals.
Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and integrity in all dealings.

G. Compliance & Reporting
