Key Responsibilities
Visit clients at designated locations to collect insurance-related documents
Explain insurance policies clearly to customers and help them understand coverage, benefits, and terms
Assist clients in completing insurance application processes accurately
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of policies
Follow up with customers for pending documentation or clarifications
Maintain proper records of client interactions and collected documents
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction
Support customers during policy issuance and basic claims-related guidance
Requirements & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of the
insurance industry
(health, motor, life, etc.)
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of experience
in a field executive, insurance, or sales-related role
Must have
own two-wheeler/vehicle
with valid driving license
Ability to explain insurance policies in a simple and convincing manner
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
Basic understanding of documentation and compliance processes
Honest, responsible, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Skills
Experience working with insurance companies, agents, or brokers
Familiarity with digital tools such as WhatsApp, Google Forms, or CRM systems
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
