Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development



Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, lead generation activities, and networking. Promote and sell life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and other insurance products. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company. Organize client meetings, product presentations, and awareness sessions.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Understand the client's financial needs, risk profile, and coverage requirements. Provide accurate information on insurance products, benefits, and premium calculations. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling.

3. Documentation & Compliance



Assist clients with proposal forms, KYC documentation, medical tests, and policy issuance. Ensure all sales processes comply with IRDAI guidelines. Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and follow-up details.

4. After-Sales Service



Support clients in claims processing and documentation. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure timely reminders for policy renewals.

5. Reporting



Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 - 5 per week
