Job Description

Looking for an energetic and proactive candidate to recruit and train sales agents, explain product features, and support them in meeting sales targets. The role includes motivating the team, monitoring their performance, and driving business growth through strong sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, onboard, and manage new agents, distributors, and partners. Train, guide, and support the agency team to achieve their performance goals. Maintain strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement with agents. Monitor and track performance metrics across the agency network. Implement growth strategies to expand channel reach and productivity.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in sales, channel development, or B2B marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, motivated, and focused on achieving results.
