Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume
outbound cold calls
to prospective customers
Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, motor, or general insurance)
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly
Convert leads into policy sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM systems
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support
Build long-term relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation mandatory
(any discipline)
Minimum
6 months of experience in insurance sales / inside sales / telesales
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Comfortable working in a
target-based, cold-calling environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
insurance sales, BFSI, or financial product sales
is an advantage
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and energetic
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
