Main responsibilities will include:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as online research, social media, and referrals.
Make outbound calls to potential individual and corporate clients to promote our medical
insurance products.
Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure clients have received the information they need and address any further questions or concerns.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collect and report client feedback to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
Any Degree
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong skills and the ability to convince clients
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the UAE health insurance market and regulatory framework is preferred.
