We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Insurance Sales Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques. Handle customer queries, objections, and build long-term client relationships. Maintain accurate records and update CRM with customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

Any graduate / undergraduate with strong sales ability can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.
