Key Responsibilities
Understand client insurance requirements and recommend suitable products (Life, Health, Motor, Term Insurance, etc.)
Design, present, and explain tailored insurance solutions for individuals and businesses
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Assist clients with policy servicing and claims processing
Provide continuous post-sale support and guidance
Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and promptly
Required Qualifications
Fluency in
English and Hindi
(Versant level 3 or above)
Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar role within insurance or financial services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.)
Prior experience in
B2C sales
Familiarity with the local insurance market
Working knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
