to join our U.S. process team. The role involves communicating with U.S.-based customers to promote, explain, and sell insurance products (auto, home, or health) while ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers in the U.S. through outbound/inbound calls and digital channels.
Present, promote, and sell insurance products and services based on customer needs.
Accurately identify customer requirements and provide appropriate policy recommendations.
Maintain updated product knowledge, compliance standards, and state regulations.
Handle objections effectively and close sales within defined timelines.
Ensure all documentation, CRM updates, and follow-ups are completed accurately.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and quality targets.
Coordinate with team leaders and the QA team to ensure high performance and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Prior experience in
insurance sales
,
U.S. voice process
, or
international BPO
preferred.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, call systems).
