Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products, building long-term client relationships, and providing professional guidance to ensure customers choose the best coverage for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels. Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general, or other). Explain policy details, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and terms clearly to customers. Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely renewals and cross-selling additional policies. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide after-sales support, assist with claims, and resolve customer queries. Keep updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in sales (insurance/financial services experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
