We are seeking a

Warehouse Executive

to manage insurance claims, product returns, and related documentation within the warehouse operations for our cosmetics division. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between logistics, quality, and finance teams while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle product return processes (customer returns, damages, expiries, etc.). Verify returned materials and update records in the ERP/WMS system. Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and documentation. Maintain return registers and ensure proper segregation of accepted/rejected goods. Liaise with Quality and Accounts departments for claim settlements. Monitor stock adjustments related to return and insurance claims. Support overall warehouse operations and inventory control activities.

Desired Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or commerce). 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG sector. Good knowledge of return management and insurance documentation. Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems. Strong coordination and communication skills.
