We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Insurance Survey Report Executive
to support our operations team. The role involves
drafting and preparing insurance survey reports
, analyzing data, and ensuring accurate documentation as per client and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
, excellent documentation abilities, and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare
insurance survey reports
with accuracy and clarity.
Collect, verify, and analyze data provided by surveyors and clients.
Format reports professionally using
MS Word, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint
.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and version control of survey reports.
Coordinate with surveyors, clients, and internal teams for clarifications and data requirements.
Ensure reports are delivered within timelines and comply with internal quality standards.
Support in preparing
presentations, charts, and data summaries
when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong command of
MS Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, formatting)
.
Proficiency in
MS Word and PowerPoint
for report drafting and presentations.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability.
Preferred Background
Minimum
1 year of experience
in report writing, documentation, or insurance-related roles.
Prior exposure to
insurance survey/claims documentation
will be an added advantage.
Candidates from
commerce, science, or engineering background
are eligible.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
