Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to achieve sales targets.
Generate business through the bank branches by selling life/general insurance products.
Conduct regular training sessions for branch employees on insurance products and processes.
Ensure smooth coordination between the bank and the insurance company.
Drive revenue growth and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in the
Banca Channel
is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
