\xe2\x80\x93 Insurance Product Manager Required Work exp 3 - 5 years Roles and Responsibilities Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details. Should be able to understand Indian Insurance business requirement, regulatory constraints (IRDA) and explain the same to technical team Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Work with business unit personnel to identify required changes and communicate information to development team. Create Process Flows, which can later be converted into BRDs for development Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices is required. Ability to plan and monitor according to the needs of the project and the team. Requirements Good written and oral communication Positive attitude and strong inclination towards learning Good requirement gathering and elicitation skills. Motivated to work in Insurance and Wellness domain Should have good knowledge of Insurance Products, especially Health Insurance Prior experience in Insurance Domain is mandatory. Should have worked with either an insurance company (preferably health insurance) or insurance broker Prior tech experience is good to have, but is not mandatory Must possess strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among team members Expected Educational Qualification Any Graduate and Above Job location Thane Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
