What would you do? We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. The benefits of having a strong core include injury prevention, reduction of back pain, improved lifting mechanics, balance, stability, and posture, as well as improved athletic performance. Group disability coverage is tied to employment. If change or loss of job, the coverage is not portable. The cost of group coverage can also change from year to year. It is a sort of insurance that pays out if a policyholder is unable to work and earn an income due to a disability.

Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor o In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks o The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts oo Basic understanding of Insurance Business o Managing policy/record endorsements, cancellations and Reinstatements. o Follow up with clients on approvals and related documents. o Manage service-related requests and resolution within the turnaround time. o Process requests based on various rules (Subjective and Objective Judgement Involved). o Should handle client inquiries and emails. o Accurately enter and update customer information and application details into the system. o Maintain positive and proactive communication in delivery of assigned request for customers o Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy. o Timely maintenance of various work trackers. o Experience in working on policies as per instructions provided by UW o Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. o Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. o Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions. o Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
