Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Officer to manage end-to-end insurance processes, and support patients with accurate and timely insurance approvals.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage cashless insurance approvals, pre-authorisations, enhancements & final settlements Coordinate with TPAs/insurance companies for smooth processing Verify documents, billing codes, and eligibility criteria Guide patients on insurance coverage, documentation, and claim procedures Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurer guidelines Follow up on pending claims and reduce claim denials

Requirements:



3-5 years experience in hospital insurance. Strong knowledge of cashless procedures, claim processing & medical terminology Good communication skills (English & Malayalam) Ability to handle patient queries professionally Attention to detail and strong coordination ability Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV.
