Insurance Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vehicle Insurance Officer to handle motor insurance policies, claims, and customer service. The role involves evaluating vehicle insurance applications, assessing risks, processing claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and process vehicle insurance applications and renewals Assess vehicle risk and determine appropriate coverage and premiums Handle accident and damage claims promptly and fairly Maintain accurate records of clients, policies, and claims Provide guidance to customers on insurance products and coverage options Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field Experience in vehicle or general insurance preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Customer-focused with attention to detail
