Job Requirement: Insurance Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze insurance policies, claims, and underwriting data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks through detailed data analysis.

Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Support problem-solving initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to interact clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking - Strong capability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.

Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to evaluate issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data analysis tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Prior knowledge of insurance or analysis would be an advantage

Ability to work from office in Bangalore (mandatory in training period).

Must be a resident of Bangalore.
