Role: Manager-Business Insurance

Location: Shakerbazar, Kolkata

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Functional Area : Direct Insurance Sale, Drive through Agent.

Job Responsibility:

•
Monthly target of Insurance Sale by independently, Drive through Agent also.
•
Visiting client and regularly updating of Client Database.
•
Preparation of various MIS reports for business development and planning
•
Ensure quality & standards are followed with continuous improvement.
•
Co-ordination with compliance team on various relevant aspects as and when required.
•
Handling different third party products and liaison with clients
•
Revenue credit from third party products
•
Ensures proper distribution of different mailers.
•
Prepare presentation in regard to company different aspect
•
Coordinate with different publishing house and media, for co-branding.
•
Initiate promotional activities like SMS, E-mailers

Desired Candidate Profile:

•
Extensive knowledge of Insurance Sale, Drive through Agent.
•
Results-driven with a strong ability to produce deliverables accurately, timely, and efficiently with
• a continuous drive for improvement.
•
Demonstrated application of market research and data analysis.
•
Excellent project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•
Strong proficiency in Excel required.
•
Candidate should be good in verbal and written communication skill, team player, cost conscious
• and goal oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
