About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented

Insurance Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end insurance operations in our multi-speciality hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination with insurance providers, optimize claim settlements, and enhance patient satisfaction through efficient insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all insurance and TPA operations within the hospital Ensure timely processing, submission, and settlement of cashless and reimbursement claims Liaise with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients for empanelment and renewals Monitor claim rejections, delays, and discrepancies; implement corrective actions Develop and enforce SOPs for insurance and billing processes Lead, train, and manage the insurance/TPA team effectively Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance norms, and regulatory guidelines Generate MIS reports and provide insights to management for process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

8+ years of experience

in hospital insurance / TPA management Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance policies, and claim workflows Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in hospital information systems and insurance portals
