Responsible for managing client relationships, converting leads provided by the company, generating new business, and helping clients choose suitable life insurance solutions to secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.
Generate additional leads through networking and referrals.
Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Support clients through documentation and policy issuance.
Maintain relationships for renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred; IRDA certification (or willing to obtain).
2-5 years of experience in insurance or financial sales (freshers with strong potential can apply).
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
