Wanted Insurance Manager Preferably from Hospital Industry work experience

Their responsibilities include managing insurance policies, resolving claim issues, and providing guidance on insurance matters to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Policy Management:

Overseeing the hospital's insurance policies, including their renewal and modification, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Claims Processing:

Supervising the efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims, working to minimize delays and denials.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Implementing and maintaining procedures to ensure adherence to insurance regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Communication and Negotiation:

Communicating effectively with patients, staff, insurance companies, and other stakeholders, and negotiating favorable terms with insurers.

Team Management:

Supervising and training insurance staff, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Financial Performance:

Monitoring insurance-related costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and ensuring the hospital's financial well-being.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing claims data, identifying trends, and generating reports to inform decision-making.
