We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Insurance Manager
to oversee and manage all insurance-related operations in our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies, ensuring accurate claim processing, and improving reimbursement efficiency while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end insurance processes including cashless approvals, claims submission, follow-ups, and settlements
Liaise with TPAs and insurance companies for empanelment, renewals, and policy updates
Ensure timely submission and tracking of insurance claims
Handle claim rejections and escalations effectively
Supervise and guide insurance desk staff
Maintain accurate records and reports related to insurance claims
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with billing, accounts, and clinical departments for smooth claim processing
Eligibility / Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in hospital insurance or TPA management
Strong knowledge of cashless and reimbursement insurance processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in hospital billing systems and MS Office
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals
Leadership and team-management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
