Core Responsibilities



Client Needs Assessment:

Consulting with individuals/businesses to understand their unique risks and financial situations.

Policy Explanation:

Clearly explaining complex policy options, benefits, terms, and conditions.

Sales & Marketing:

Identifying leads, cold-calling, networking, and closing sales to meet targets.

Policy Management:

Handling applications, renewals, modifications, and ensuring paperwork is accurate.

Customer Service:

Assisting with claims, answering questions, and building long-term relationships.

Compliance:

Adhering to industry regulations and company guidelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Sales ability & negotiation. Excellent communication (written/verbal). Attention to detail (for applications/forms). Analytical & problem-solving skills (for risk assessment/claims). familiarity with insurance policies and products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
