We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Manager - Credit Life to join our growing team. This role is essential in managing and expanding our credit life insurance business through effective partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of credit life insurance products, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate with banking partners to drive insurance penetration and customer satisfaction.As an Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of life insurance offerings within the lending processes of partner banks/NBFCs. Your focus will be on increasing insurance adoption at the point of credit disbursement, maintaining compliance, and ensuring superior service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive the growth of credit life insurance products by developing and managing strategic relationships with banking and NBFC partners.
• Channel Management: Work closely with branch banking teams, loan officers, and relationship managers to integrate insurance offerings into the credit process.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops for bank staff to enhance their understanding of credit life insurance products and their value proposition.
• Sales Management: Monitor and track sales performance at branch levels; provide support to ensure achievement of insurance penetration targets.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure customers understand the benefits of credit life insurance and address any concerns or queries during the loan and insurance sales process.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with internal stakeholders including underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sale service.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines while managing sales and distribution processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and share regular MIS reports with leadership and partners, analyzing trends, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending corrective actions.

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in life insurance, preferably in credit life or bancassurance channels.
• Familiarity with credit-linked insurance products, underwriting norms, and the lifecycle of life insurance policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage external partners and internal teams.
• Proven ability to drive results and meet sales or business targets in a structured environment.
• Understanding of banking workflows, lending products, and integration opportunities for insurance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration or a related field. Certification in life insurance or IRDAI licensing is a plus.
