Cross-sell add-on covers (Zero Dep, Engine Protect, RTI, etc.).
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for insurance business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance company representatives.
Negotiate competitive quotes and faster turnaround times.
Manage empanelment and renewals with insurers.
Explain insurance products, benefits, and terms clearly to luxury customers.
Provide best-in-class service, ensuring a smooth and premium experience.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns related to policy issuance and claims.
Ensure accurate data entry and timely issuance of policies.
Verify KYC, RC, invoice, and customer details for compliance.
Maintain proper records as per dealership and regulatory guidelines.
Support and guide customers during claim approvals and settlements.
Coordinate between the customer, workshop, and insurance companies.
Track claim status and reduce turnaround time.
Ensure all processes are followed as per IRDA and brand policies.
Prepare documentation for internal and brand audits
