Investment & Insurance Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate Leads Process Insurance needs end to end (Applications, Renewal, sending Payment details and. assisting with Claims) Conduct Awareness sessions for employees of Bonace Content Creation for producing and sharing information or media content for specific audiences Learn & elevate different products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, Term Insurance and SIPs Support Goal & Financial Planning KYC Completion Grievance Management Increase number of sessions to create awareness Deliver excellent service to all customers Handle customers' queries and feedback Prepare and share reports on monthly calls, sales and cash backs that are paid out Search for facts to create and follow-up on insurance quotes and endorsements.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Accuracy and attention to detail Good command over the Language Basic computer knowledge /MS office is mandatory Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
