: Identify and analyze potential risks, using statistical data to forecast liability and ensure adequate coverage for various exposures.
Claims Management
: Oversee the entire claims process, from initial investigation and approval/denial to timely resolution and settlement, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance professionals, setting performance objectives and providing training to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Oversight
: Manage budgets for insurance-related costs, work to minimize financial loss, and determine appropriate premium rates based on risk analysis.
Compliance
: Ensure all insurance operations and policies adhere to relevant industry regulations and internal company standards.
Stakeholder Relations
: Maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, project stakeholders, and internal departments to optimize coverage and resolve issues.
Reporting
: Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the insurance program, key metrics, and potential areas for improvement.
