Job Summary:
We are looking for an Insurance Desk Executive with 1 year of hospital experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies and TPAs to ensure smooth claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cashless approvals and reimbursement claim processing.
Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for timely updates.
Verify insurance documents and patient eligibility.
Support patients with insurance-related queries.
Maintain claim records and follow up on pending cases.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of TPA and hospital billing procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and hospital software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
