Head - Insurance & TPA

Location

: Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote).

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Insurance Head

to manage insurance, TPA coordination, corporate billing, and claim settlements for our medical college hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of

insurance, TPA, and corporate billing operations

Liaison with

insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients

Ensure timely

cashless approvals, claims submission, and settlements

Handle escalations, denials, and audits Monitor revenue, MIS, ageing, and reconciliation Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurer guidelines Lead and manage the insurance desk team

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / MHA preferred) Strong knowledge of

hospital insurance & TPA processes

Experience:

8-15 years

experience in hospital insurance / TPA operations Prior experience in

multi-specialty or teaching hospital

preferred

Skills:

Insurance & TPA negotiations Revenue cycle & claims management Team leadership Strong communication and coordination skills
