Core responsibilities

Client and sales management:

Identify new clients, guide them through the purchase process, and explain various policy products. They also manage existing client relationships, provide ongoing support, and help with claims.

Policy and claims management:

Process claims, handle policy renewals and cancellations, and review insurance applications to determine eligibility. They also work with other departments to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure accurate policy information is maintained.

Analysis and research:

Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance policies that align with their risk management strategies. They also conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and identify new sales opportunities.

Compliance and reporting:

Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies. They are responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records related to policies, claims, and customer satisfaction.

Strategic and administrative duties:

May be involved in the development of new insurance products and policies. At a higher level, they can be responsible for financial management, team leadership, strategic planning, and managing overall operational excellence.
