Job Summary:

Dr. Aravind's IVF Hospital, Tiruppur is looking for a

responsible and patient-friendly Insurance Executive

to assist patients and their families with insurance procedures. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, TPAs, and the hospital billing team to ensure smooth claim approvals and settlements for fertility and maternity-related treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

pre-authorization, approvals, and claim documentation

for IVF and maternity treatments. Guide patients and their families regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, and required documents. Verify insurance policies and coordinate with TPAs and insurance providers. Ensure

timely claim submission and follow-up

until settlement. Maintain accurate insurance records and update management with daily/weekly reports. Work closely with the

billing, finance, and front office teams

for insurance-related clearances. Stay updated on insurance regulations, policies, and claim procedures specific to healthcare. Provide empathetic support to patients during the insurance process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Healthcare Management. Experience in hospital insurance desk / TPA handling preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong communication in

Tamil & English

. Knowledge of hospital billing, healthcare insurance, and claims processing. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with empathy and professionalism. Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing/insurance software).
