Job Responsibilities:

Policy Management

Handle end-to-end processing of motor insurance policies -- quotations, proposal forms, documentation, underwriting, and policy issuance. Ensure timely renewal follow-ups and retention of existing clients. Verify vehicle details and assess risk before issuing or renewing policies. Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure correct premium rates, coverage terms, and discounts. Provide customers with expert guidance on automobile insurance products, policy coverage, and claim procedures. Educate customers on add-on covers (e.g., zero depreciation, engine protect, roadside assistance). Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer and vehicle data. Understand various motor insurance policies -- comprehensive, third-party, own damage, fleet insurance, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree.

2-5 years of experience in automobile insurance.*
Strong knowledge of vehicle models and insurance coverage options. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
