JOB DESCRIPTION OF INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE

Designation:- Insurance Sales Executive

Department:- Sales

Experience:- 1-2 Year

Salary Offered:- 15000-22000 CTC (Hike depends on previous experience and interview performance)

Qualification:- Any Graduates

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Explain various insurance plans, features, benefits, and premium calculations to potential clients.

Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs and financial goals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Provide prompt service and assistance in policy renewals, claims, and other customer queries.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Ensure all documentation, policy issuance, and payment collections are done accurately and on time.

Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance requirements (IRDAI guidelines, KYC, etc.).

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates to management.

Assist clients during claim settlement and follow up with insurance providers when necessary.
