We are looking for an Insurance Executive with a hospital or healthcare background to manage insurance-related activities, coordinate with patients and insurance companies, and ensure smooth processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with patients regarding insurance documents and claim requirements
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and approvals
Process pre-authorization forms and follow up with TPAs/insurance companies
Communicate with doctors, billing teams, and administrative staff for required information
Assist patients in completing insurance paperwork
Handle claim submissions and track status
Ensure timely approval and settlement of claims
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial data
Prepare daily/weekly insurance reports as required
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of health insurance / TPA process
Ability to manage documentation and paperwork
Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication)
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
Qualifications
Any degree
Hospital background preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible

?20,000 per month
