Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Insurance Executive

to manage sales, client relationships, and policy servicing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and knowledge of insurance products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell

life, health, and general insurance

products to individual and corporate clients. Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans. Handle customer queries and provide post-sale support for renewals and claims. Coordinate with the operations team for policy issuance and documentation. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate or equivalent).

Experience:

1-2 years in insurance sales, banking, or financial products (freshers with good communication can also apply). Good knowledge of

insurance products

and market practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. English and regional languages are an advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling). Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Salary:



As per company norms / Based on experience + Attractive incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
