Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients through networking, cold calling, and client referrals
Pitch wealth creation solutions including mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and other financial products
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals
Maintain regular communication with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling
Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client feedback using CRM tools
Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable investment products
Basic understanding of mutual funds, insurance, and capital markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
