We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Insurance Executive
to manage and coordinate health insurance processes for our multi speciality hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth cashless and reimbursement operations while providing excellent support to patients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle
health insurance cashless & reimbursement claims
efficiently
Coordinate with
TPAs and insurance companies
for approvals and settlements
Verify insurance documents and patient eligibility
Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims
Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies
Provide timely support to patients and hospital departments
Desired Skills & Qualifications
:
Minimum
1+ year experience
in hospital insurance/TPA handling
Strong knowledge of
health insurance policies & claim procedures
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good documentation and follow-up abilities
Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems
Patient-focused and detail-oriented mindset
