We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Insurance Executive

to manage end-to-end insurance processes and ensure smooth patient experiences. The ideal candidate will handle insurance verification, pre-authorization, billing coordination, and timely claim submission with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle insurance pre-authorization, approvals, and query resolutions Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and policy details Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for seamless billing and claim settlement Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of claims Assist patients in understanding insurance processes and required documents Work closely with billing and front-office teams to ensure error-free processing

Skills & Requirements:



Experience in hospital insurance/TPA desk preferred Strong knowledge of medical insurance procedures and documentation Good communication & customer-handling skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
