Job Description

The Insurance Executive is responsible for handling all vehicle insurance-related activities, including new insurance, renewals, claims assistance, and customer coordination. The role ensures timely processing, documentation, and smooth customer service to support showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

new vehicle insurance

and

renewal insurance

for all customers. Coordinate with insurance companies for quotation, policy issuance, and claim processing. Explain insurance plans, coverage, and benefits to customers clearly. Ensure all insurance documents are accurate and submitted on time. Maintain daily records of insurance sales, renewals, and pending cases. Follow up with customers for renewal reminders and payment collection. Support the sales team during vehicle delivery by arranging insurance papers. Handle claim assistance and coordinate between the customer, workshop, and insurance surveyor. Prepare daily and monthly insurance reports for management review. Maintain good relationships with insurance company representatives. Ensure compliance with showroom and insurance company policies.
