Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve discrepancies and denials.
Provide guidance and support to hospital staff regarding insurance procedures.
Maintain and update patient insurance information accurately.
Prepare and analyze insurance reports.
Educate patients on their insurance coverage and benefits.
Handle patient inquiries related to insurance claims and billing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in hospital insurance billing and claims.
Detailed understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
