to manage and coordinate all insurance-related activities, including employee insurance, corporate policies, claims, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of insurance processes, policy management, and experience working in corporate/IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end insurance operations (Group Medical Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Term Insurance, etc.).
Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and TPAs for policy renewal, endorsements, additions, and deletions.
Manage employee insurance enrollment, claims processing, and grievance resolution.
Maintain accurate records of policies, premium payments, and claim settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to insurance.
Provide guidance to employees regarding insurance benefits, claim procedures, and documentation.
Analyze insurance data, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management.
Collaborate with HR & Finance teams for premium settlements, reconciliation, and audit requirements.
Evaluate new insurance products and recommend the best options for organizational needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, preferably in an IT/Corporate environment.
Good knowledge of Group Health Insurance, Term Life, and Corporate Insurance policies.
Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and employees.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
