Responsibilities: Policy Management:
Handle the end-to-end process of motor insurance policies including issuance, renewal, and endorsement.
Verify documents, calculate premiums, and ensure timely policy delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all motor insurance transactions and documentation.
Claims Coordination:
Assist clients in filing and tracking vehicle insurance claims.
Coordinate with surveyors, workshops, and insurance companies for claim processing.
Ensure fair and timely settlement of claims while maintaining transparency with clients.
Customer Service:
Provide clear information to clients regarding policy features, terms, and claim procedures.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and prompt manner.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage policy renewals and referrals.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the motor insurance segment.
Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to increase motor insurance portfolio.
Support marketing initiatives to promote motor insurance products.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Keep updated with changes in motor insurance laws, products, and pricing structures.
Prepare regular reports on sales, claims, and renewals for management review.
Coordination and Teamwork:
Work closely with underwriters, claims officers, and field executives for smooth operations.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in motor/vehicle insurance operations or sales.
Strong understanding of motor insurance policies, claims process, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software.
