Support clients during claim intimation and follow-ups
Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups

Graduate / pursuing graduation
Basic knowledge of insurance is mandatory
Knowledge of
health & life insurance
will be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and problem-solving approach
