Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
2. Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, responding to client queries, and coordinating with internal teams.
3. Client Communication: Coordinate with clients via WhatsApp, responding to queries, and providing updates on policy/claim status.
4. Phone Support: Handle client calls, addressing queries, and providing policy/claim information.
5. Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including policy issuance, endorsements, and claims processing.
6. Process Support: Assist in policy administration, claims processing, and other back-office functions.
7. Client Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Excel, email management, and WhatsApp.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
4. Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies (training will be provided).
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
