Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance, banking, or general sales.
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
Age: Below 40 years.
Skills Good communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and meet potential clients to explain different insurance plans (Health, Motor, Life, etc.).
Guide customers in choosing the right coverage based on their financial goals and risk profile.
Handle the documentation and online processing for new policy applications.
Ensure timely follow-ups with existing clients for policy renewals and premium payments.
Liaise with the claims team to provide support and guidance to clients during the claim process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to the management.
