Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for cashless approvals, queries, and pre-authorization. Collect, verify, and upload required documents for pre-authorization and final claim settlement. Explain insurance coverage, eligibility, and approval status to patients. Prepare discharge summaries and ensure timely submission of final bills to insurance providers. Monitor claim status and follow up on pending or rejected claims. Liaise with the billing team for accurate estimation and final billing. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines. Handle patient queries related to insurance policies and approval delays. Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments (front office, billing, wards, etc.). Maintain daily/weekly logs for approvals, claims, and settlements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
