Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients based on their needs.
Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance coverage (life, health, motor, property, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Process policy renewals, claims, and endorsements efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry regulations.
Work closely with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
