Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell various insurance products to clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients. Handle client queries, documentation, and claims assistance. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Maintain records of sales, policy renewals, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum [12th pass / Graduate - as per your need]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in insurance or sales is preferred (not mandatory). Self-motivated and target-oriented.
