Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to understand their financial situations and risk profiles.
Policy Presentation and Sales:
Explain the features, coverage, and terms of various insurance products clearly and persuasively, guiding clients to make informed decisions and closing sales.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing ongoing support and addressing queries or concerns promptly.
Policy Servicing:
Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and the claims process to ensure a seamless experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice and maintain compliance.
